Payment and Refund Policy
This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the standards and procedures for payments, order cancellations, refunds, and subscription terminations concerning paid subscriptions, AI Usage Counts management, and the execution of AI generational features within the OMNIGRID service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by the Dermacoa Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
This Policy restrictively applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, target-allocation AI Usage Count packages, free trials, promotional counts, and all alternative paid digital pipelines initialized on OMNIGRID. The Service operates strictly as an AI-based digital content generational SaaS platform.
Article 2 (Payment Processing and Legal Merchant of Record)
1. All paid transactions, pricing adjustments, and recurring subscription operations are securely processed and verified through our global Merchant of Record (MoR) partner, FastSpring (operated by Bright Market, LLC).
2. Members may purchase plans using credit cards, debit cards, authorized digital wallets, or alternative localized payment methods provisioned securely via FastSpring's checkout overlay.
3. Subscription plans automatically renew according to the chosen billing loop, and the legal billing entity displayed on your transaction statements shall be identified as FastSpring.
4. In the event of payment failure due to balance exhaustion, outdated billing credentials, or verification blocks, access to the paid Service tier features may be restricted with zero notice.
Article 3 (Prior Notice of Recurring Billing)
1. Active subscription plans automatically bill on a recurring monthly or annual loop matching the Member's designated service package.
2. Members retain continuous access to monitor next billing metrics, price breakdowns, and explicit termination guides via the profile dash within the Service or via the explicit invoice email links issued by FastSpring.
Article 4 (Free Trials and Paid Transition)
1. The Company may deploy complimentary free trial programs. No auto-billing or forced plan shifting will occur upon trial conclusion unless the Member explicitly and manually consents to subscribe to a paid tier.
Article 5 (AI Usage Counts Provision and Consumption Rules)
1. AI Usage Count function strictly as internal metrics to quantify processing limits within the platform and hold no cash equivalence, store value, or properties of prepaid financial instruments.
2. The very moment a Member triggers an AI function, committing inference queries to External AI APIs, the corresponding AI Usage Count is immediately and irreversibly deducted from the Member's balance as per active feature consumption weight rules.
Article 6 (AI Usage Count Reset and Non-Rollover Terms)
1. AI Usage Counts provisioned through subscription packages are valid exclusively within that active billing cycle. Upon successful subscription renewal, a fresh AI Usage Count balance loads, and any unconsumed AI Usage Count from the previous period expire automatically and do not roll over.
Article 7 (Conditions for Order Cancellation and Full Refunds)
In accordance with global e-commerce protocols and digital service frameworks, Members hold the right to file for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Subject to explicit confirmation by the Company and FastSpring, a full refund is permissible only if all following criteria are satisfied:
- The refund ticket is formally registered within exactly 7 days from the transaction completion timestamp.
- The assigned AI Usage Count for the active billing cycle remain completely unconsumed (absolute zero-usage state).
- No infrastructure pipeline calls, media processing, or text generation tasks have been initialized by the User account.
Article 8 (Strict Restrictions on Refunds)
Due to the instantaneous consumption architecture of digital content rendering and compute resources, refunds are strictly unavailable under the following conditions:
- If even a single (1) unit of the allocated AI Usage Counts has been consumed or used by the account node.
- If backend API processes have already engaged to complete a rendering request, meaning real service delivery has officially commenced.
- If generation outputs do not match personal aesthetics due to User typing mistakes, formatting alignment issues, or automated blacklists.
- If a User claims subjective dissatisfaction with the output style, given the inherent stochastic and probabilistic variations of AI generation models.
Article 9 (Prohibition of Partial or Pro-rated Refunds)
1. Because subscription tiers provide instant full access to core computing infrastructure, partial refunds, mid-cycle pro-rations, or cash conversions for unconsumed AI Usage Count percentages are fundamentally barred upon mid-cycle plan cancellations.
Article 10 (Refund Execution through FastSpring Guidelines)
1. All authorized refund requests are routed, validated, and processed exclusively in accordance with FastSpring's global buyer protection frameworks and refund fulfillment guidelines.
2. Refunds can only execute via a direct reversal of the native transaction code back to the original source card or digital wallet. Passing funds to third-party accounts, alternative cash nodes, or gift vouchers is strictly forbidden.
Article 11 (Billing Anomalies and Duplicate Transactions)
1. In cases where unexpected network delays or database errors trigger duplicate plan billings, the Company will verify the systemic logs and initialize immediate charge cancellation requests via FastSpring for the excess amount.
Article 12 (Subscription Cancellation Policies and Workflows)
1. Members can easily prevent future recurring billings by disabling auto-renewals inside the profile configuration dash.
2. Additionally, Members can utilize the "Manage Subscription" link embedded directly within FastSpring's automated billing emails, or access FastSpring's buyer dashboard to instantly cease plan renewals and swap card inputs.
3. Disabling renewals stops future charges. The current package assets, feature privileges, and AI Usage Count balances remain fully active for use until the current prepaid billing loop formally concludes.
Article 13 (Re-subscription Guidelines)
1. If a User logs a re-subscription after a complete cancellation cycle, the account node settles under the new pricing configurations, AI Usage Count frameworks, and consumption weight tables active on the Service layout at that precise re-entry moment.
Article 14 (Annual Subscription Refund Restrictions)
1. Annual discount packages carry the exact same refund limitations as monthly tiers: cancellations and full refunds are achievable exclusively within 7 days of payment, provided AI Usage Count consumption remains at absolute zero.
Article 15 (System Failures and AI Usage Count Restoration)
1. If explicit platform server drops or internal database errors cause a AI Usage Count deduction while failing to deliver any rendering outputs, the Company will audit the system event logs and restore (rollback) the unrendered AI Usage Count deduction blocks back to the User account.
Article 16 (Exemption of Promotional and Complimentary Assets)
1. Sign-up AI Usage Count bonuses, loyalty drops, event rewards, or service failure compensation AI Usage Counts given out for free hold zero cash conversion properties and are permanently excluded from any refund calculations.
Article 17 (Account Violations and Forfeiture of Claims)
1. If a User is caught violating compliance terms—such as sharing credentials with multiple entities, or deploying bot networks to execute mass automated queries—the Company reserves the right to freeze the account node immediately, completely erasing any pending refund claims.
Article 18 (How to Request a Refund)
Eligible Members must officially file claims via the support team or support email, providing the precise [Account ID/Email, FastSpring Order Transaction Reference ID, Date of Purchase, Tier Package Name, and detailed reason for refund] to initialize processing.
Article 19 (Refund Processing and Settlement Windows)
1. Once both the Company and FastSpring approve a refund claim, the time required for funds to clear back into the User's native card issuer or localized banking institution typically ranges between 3 to 7 business days as per FastSpring's processing network standards.
Article 20 (Dispute and Escalation Desk)
1. If a Member wishes to appeal an automated or manual refund rejection, they may submit formal evidence through the support desk channels to request a secondary review by the compliance management layer.
Article 21 (Policy Amendments)
1. The Company retains the operational right to recalibrate these payment and refund terms to counter changes in state laws, API vendor pricing shifts, or cloud scaling dynamics, promising to publish alerts at least 7 days prior to enacting any structural edits.
