3. If the Company amends these Terms, it will provide advance notice of the effective date and reasons for the amendment through the Service interface, an announcement, email, or another appropriate method.

The Service may include AI image generation, blog post generation, short-form video scenario generation, prompt generation, social media content generation, video-production prompt generation, and other features added by the Company.
2. The Company may change, add, or discontinue certain features to improve Service quality, respond to changes in External AI API policies or cost structures, or meet operational needs.
3. The Company will provide notice through the Service interface or an announcement if a material change to or suspension of the Service occurs. However, where advance notice is impracticable due to an external API outage, urgent security measure, system error, or similar event, notice may be provided afterward.
Article 5 (Membership Registration and Account Management)
1. A user acquires membership by applying for registration in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company and receiving the Company’s approval.
2. Members must provide accurate information when registering and must not use false information or another person’s information.
3. Members are responsible for securely managing their Accounts, passwords, and payment information.
4. Members may not share, transfer, lend, lease, or sell their Accounts to a third party.
5. The Company may restrict access to the Service if it detects abnormal simultaneous logins, Account sharing, automated bulk requests, abnormal consumption of AI Usage Quota, or similar activity.
Article 6 (Free Trials and Non-Member Use)
1. The Company may offer Non-Members a limited free trial of certain features.
2. Features available to Non-Members, AI Usage Quota provided, generation quality and speed, retention of outputs, and other conditions may vary according to the Company’s operating policies.
3. The Company may offer certain features, including AI image generation, to Non-Members on a trial basis. The available free-trial AI Usage Quota will be governed by the standards displayed within the Service.
4. Non-Member trial features may be changed, reduced, or discontinued without prior notice.
5. The retention, download, regeneration, and commercial-use eligibility of outputs created through a Non-Member trial or event are governed by the Company’s operating policies.
Article 7 (Registration Bonuses and Promotional AI Usage Quota)
1. The Company may provide users who complete membership registration with complimentary AI Usage Quota as a registration bonus.
2. The amount, eligibility requirements, available features, and validity period of registration-bonus AI Usage Quota are governed by the Company’s operating policies.
3. AI Usage Quota provided free of charge through events, promotions, compensation, or similar programs is not refundable for cash and may not be transferred or sold.
4. If the Company identifies fraudulent or duplicate registration, registration through an automated program, abuse of a promotion, or similar misconduct, it may revoke the AI Usage Quota provided or restrict the Account.
Article 8 (Subscription Service and Automatic Payments)
1. The Subscription Service is offered on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renews according to the billing cycle selected by the Member.
2. Members may review their subscription status, next billing date, payment method, and payment history on the subscription-management page within the Service.
3. If a Member cancels a subscription, automatic billing will stop beginning with the next scheduled billing date. The Member may continue using the applicable plan for the remainder of the period already paid for.
4. If a Member upgrades or downgrades a plan, the effective date of the change, settlement of any price difference, and adjustment of AI Usage Quota allocated to each plan will be governed by the Company’s operating policies or the payment system’s policies.
5. Access to the Service may be restricted if a payment fails due to a card limit, payment-method error, digital-payment authentication failure, or similar issue. The Company may ask the Member to change the payment method or retry the payment.
6. The Company is not liable for delayed or failed payments caused by policy changes or outages of a payment gateway, card issuer, digital-payment provider, or payment-processing provider, except in cases of the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 9 (Allocation, Consumption, and Expiration of AI Usage Quota)
1. AI Usage Quota is an internal counting unit used to access AI features within prescribed limits and is neither a cash-equivalent asset nor a prepaid electronic payment instrument.
2. Members may use the AI generation features provided by the Company within their remaining AI Usage Quota.
3. The AI Usage Quota is deducted for each successful request to or execution of an AI feature. However, different deduction weights may apply by feature type depending on advanced generation processes, infrastructure requirements, or similar factors.
4. The Company may provide information about the deduction and weighting standards for each feature through the Service interface or announcements and may change such standards as operationally necessary.
5. AI Usage Quota periodically allocated under a subscription plan is valid only during the applicable billing cycle and, unless otherwise stated, does not carry over to the next billing cycle and will expire.
6. When a recurring subscription renews, the Company allocates the new base AI Usage Quota applicable to the Member’s plan. Any unused quota from the preceding billing cycle may automatically expire.
7. If a Member cancels a subscription or the service agreement terminates, any remaining unused quota will be handled in accordance with the Company’s refund policy and applicable laws and regulations.
8. AI Usage Quota provided free of charge through events, promotions, or compensation is not refundable.
Article 10 (AI Generation Requests and Quota Deductions)
1. When a Member clicks a generation button or requests execution of an AI feature and the integration process begins, the AI Usage Quota may be deducted in accordance with the standards prescribed by the Company.
2. If a call to an External AI API begins and the associated integration cost is definitively incurred, the quota may be deducted in advance even before the final rendered output appears on the screen.
3. However, if an output is completely lost or not provided at all due to an evident error in the Company’s own systems, the Company may, upon the Member’s request and after verification, roll back or restore the relevant AI Usage Quota or provide reasonable compensation.
4. Restoration of quota may be restricted where generation fails for reasons not attributable to the Company, including a temporary interruption of the Member’s network connection, voluntary closure of the browser, an incorrectly written prompt, or rejection under an External AI API policy due to the entry of prohibited terms.
5. The quality, composition, wording, image style, accuracy, and commercial suitability of generated outputs may vary each time due to the nature of AI models. The Company does not guarantee that any particular output will be flawless.
Article 11 (Right of Withdrawal and Refunds)
1. A Member may request to exercise the right of withdrawal within seven days of the payment date in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. A full refund is available only if the request is made within seven days of payment and none of the allocated AI Usage Quota has been used.
3. If a Member uses an AI generation feature by consuming any portion of the allocated AI Usage Quota, even once, the provision of digital content and services will be deemed to have commenced, and the right of withdrawal or refund may be strictly restricted.
4. Any consumed AI Usage Quota and fees attributable to a plan-service period that has already commenced are entirely excluded from the amount eligible for a refund.
5. AI Usage Quota granted free of charge through promotions, complimentary bonuses, event rewards, or similar programs is not eligible for any refund.
6. If a recurring subscription is canceled, no additional payment will be charged beginning with the next scheduled billing date. Whether a partial refund is available for the current billing cycle already paid for will be determined under this Article.
7. If a right-of-withdrawal or refund request is valid, the Company will process payment cancellation or reimbursement in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of the relevant payment processor.
8. The time required to process a refund may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the card issuer, digital-payment provider, or payment gateway provider.

3. Members may use AI-Generated Outputs according to their purpose in using the Service. However, the Company does not guarantee their eligibility for commercial use or copyright registration or that they do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Before using an AI-Generated Output, Members must independently verify compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, advertising-review standards, and third-party rights.
5. AI-Generated Outputs may resemble existing works, trademarks, images of individuals, public data, training data, or other materials. The Company does not guarantee the originality of an output or any exclusive right in it.
6. Members are legally responsible for their commercial use of AI-Generated Outputs or publication of such outputs on external platforms.

3. The Company may retain original reference images or analysis data to provide the Service, improve quality, and facilitate repeated generation by Members.
4. Members may request deletion of reference images or stored style information at any time. Detailed procedures are governed by the Privacy Policy and instructions within the Service.
5. Due to the nature of AI models, the reference-image feature does not guarantee an output identical to the original and is provided only to reference a similar style or creative direction.

Zero-Tolerance NSFW and Harmful Content Policy
1. Members must not use the Service to create, edit, transform, upload, request, facilitate, promote, distribute, or share NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, provocative, erotic, obscene, or sexually exploitative content, including content that is entirely or partially AI-generated.

3. A Member may request subscription cancellation or membership termination at any time through the procedures provided within the Service.
4. Upon membership termination, Account information, usage records, remaining AI Usage Quota, generated outputs, stored reference data, and similar information will be retained or deleted in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
